New venture, everything to gain!

Hi there, welcome to my blog. I hope you've enjoyed viewing my work it seems like it's been a long time coming! Since Christmas til now my studio build has been underway and is so close to being finished with the doors and windows to arrive shortly after Easter. It's been stop start with the small sink area, the original just not fitting the bill, so we've decided to try again with that one!

Lets hope the weather picks up a bit as my chill out garden area in front of the studio is still a building site but scheduled for its own makeover in just over a weeks time and I can't wait to see my glass water feature in action, fingers crossed!

Despite the studio not being finished the new kiln is in place and working fantastically, thanks to Northern Kilns for that one. I've already made some sample tiles and statement pieces to supply a fabulous kitchen showroom in Bakewell - Studio 10 Kitchens, Tom and Matt working very hard to get the place open asap but they have lots of interest from the locals and some orders in the pipeline already.

Richard Stanley of the Portrait Sideshow has managed to make me look half decent on these photos - not an easy task for anyone!

It's taken me forever to put this website together but I am very pleased with it, let me know if you think it's missing anything and I'll add it to my list of things to do......., Claire x
